TAASS is a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) created under the MOBIS contract that provides the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Integrated Technology Service (ITS) organization with the flexibility needed to better serve its agency customers. TAASS broadens choice as well as the range of technical and acquisition-related services. From IT and network planning to acquisition support and strategy, TAASS encompasses a wide range of support services required to assist GSA and its agency customers in implementing dynamic mission requirements.

Our Approach
The PMO, led by our senior management team, will follow ISO 9001 certified processes and guidelines consistent with the Program Management Institute Body of Knowledge. Coordination and communication among GSA, Noblis, and its subcontractors will be facilitated through dedicated, secured TAASS web portals. This allows for greater collaboration and efficiency, giving GSA managers and contract personnel full visibility on the status, costs, and management of all task orders.
