As Director for Health Innovation at Noblis, Ms. Hartingh is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of Noblis' Healthcare practice.
Ms. Hartingh joined Noblis in March, 2005, bringing over 20 years experience helping organizations to deliver value through innovation and integration of process, technology and people at the individual, group and organization levels. She has extensive experience in strategy development, organizational transformation and leadership development. Prior to joining Noblis, Diane served as a Vice President at AMS, now CGI, Fairfax, VA., responsible for building the Healthcare Solutions Group which provides technology and consulting solutions to healthcare organizations in the public and private sectors. In the context of her tenure at CGI, her organizational consulting, facilitation and coaching was instrumental in the transformation of many healthcare provider organizations to achieving and maintaining optimal performance.
Ms. Hartingh holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from American University, in Washington DC and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Decision Science from George Mason University. Ms. Hartingh is dedicated to serving her community as a volunteer assisting non-profit organizations in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area providing leadership, strategic planning, executive coaching, governance design, and organizational change management consulting. Organizations served include FACETS (Fairfax Area Christian Emergency Transitional Services), LSSNCA (Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area), and HACA (Hemophilia Association of the National Capital Area).
