As Director at Noblis, Ms.Cain is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of Noblis' Human Resources (HR) and Organization Development Division.
Ms. Cain joined Noblis in September, 2008, bringing over 25 years experience. She has extensive experience as a human resources business partner with an emphasis in employee relations, recruiting and leadership development. Prior to joining Noblis, Jean held leadership positions in Human Resources and Leadership Development at MITRE, MCT Federal Credit Union and Sallie Mae. During her tenure at MITRE, Jean was instrumental in the transition of HR to a business partner model, the design of a forward looking performance management and development system and the creation of high impact leadership development programs.
Currently, Jean is responsible for leading the Human Resource and Organization Development division which encompasses: increasing employee engagement, retaining and developing talent, delivering cost effective and competitive benefits and compensation programs, and supporting work/life balance and wellness programs. She delivers these high impact results by building strategic partnerships, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and compliance.
Ms. Cain holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Marymount University, a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and is a member of the Sr. HR Roundtable and Chief HR Officers 4x24 Roundtable.
