Don Schaefer Vice President Enterprise Services

As Vice President for Enterprise Services, Mr. Schaefer is responsible for the advancement, strategic direction, and leadership of Noblis’ engineering and enterprise services which include telecommunications, information technology, systems engineering, and acquisition services groups. Noblis is a science, technology, and strategy organization that supports all levels of government and private industry, solving complex problems that are essential to our nation’s well-being: national security, healthcare, transportation, environmental sustainability, and enterprise transformation.

Mr. Schaefer is a proven market strategist and innovative technical solution provider with over 25 years of experience across the federal, defense, and commercial sectors. He has extensive experience in developing strategic plans for the design, delivery, integration, and operational support for mission systems and technical operations of large-scale programs and organizations. He is a recognized mentor, coach, and advisor on how to develop, package, staff, and market new capability services across both commercial and government clients.

Mr. Schaefer has developed numerous advanced engineering capabilities, been published in industry trade journals and presented at industry trade events. His areas of expertise and leadership span corporate strategy, vision, and leadership; system engineering & integration, and IT lifecycle; market and product strategy; and business model process development.

Mr. Schaefer graduated Cum Laude from Chaminade University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and served as a U.S. Naval Intelligence Officer. He is also a PMI and International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) member.
