Noblis is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3), scientific research and engineering corporation that operates in the public interest. Our deep technical expertise in conjunction with our objectivity and independence permit us to effectively address challenges of national significance. Small business subcontracting is an important component to our success in addressing these challenges. In addition to obtaining direct support from small businesses on our federal contracts, Noblis seeks to maximize small business support in our corporate purchases.
Noblis seeks meaningful teaming relationships with companies within the following Small Business categories: Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB); Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB); HUBZone; Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU); AbilityOne; and Alaska Native Corporations (ANC).
Noblis Small Business Outreach
Noblis actively participates in small business industry events annually. These forums offer small businesses an opportunity to network and market their products and services, which have resulted in subsequent teaming agreements for specific procurements that Noblis is pursuing. Some events in which we have participated in the past include:

- DOI Small Business Conference
- National Minority Supplier Development Council Annual Conference
- Veteran's Small Business Conference
In addition to industry events, Noblis is a member of organizations supporting the global small business community. Memberships include:

- Mid-Atlantic Regional Council (MARC)
- Northern Virginia Technology Council
Through these outlets and efforts to target small businesses and our long-standing recognition of the contribution that small businesses have in ensuring that our results endure for our clients, we seek to continue our history of small business success stories.
