Noblis’ Biometrics Laboratory was established to support government evaluation and application of biometric technologies. The Biometrics Laboratory provides a flexible environment and networked infrastructure that supports the development of biometric technology demonstrations, application prototypes, and objective performance tests.
Fingerprint Analysis Laboratory
Noblis established the Fingerprint Analysis Laboratory to continue research related to latent fingerprints and to facilitate development and testing of the Universal Latent Workstation (ULW) application.
Image Processing Laboratory
Noblis’ IP Laboratory was established to support the evaluation and application of digital imaging technology by many government agencies. The lab is a well-equipped facility in which alternative image capture, enhancement, compression, and recognition approaches can be evaluated quickly and objectively.
