Kilmer Middle School – Noblis has established a partnership with the Kilmer Middle School in Vienna, Virginia. Noblis employees encourage students to enroll in advanced level math, science, and technology courses, as well as increase their understanding of the real world, practical applications of these subjects.
Noblis employees volunteer to participate in classroom experiences, field trips, tutoring, and curriculum development throughout the school year. Our volunteers want to help bridge the gap between the classroom and the skills required for technical careers in the fields of math, science and technology, as well as help to create an awareness of competencies needed for the world of work.
Educational Assistance Program – Noblis encourages its employees to enhance their skills and to continue their career development in order to become increasingly valuable contributors to the organization. Our Educational Assistance Program enables employees to enroll in regular college degree programs and to participate in the Accelerated Graduate Degree Program.
Scholars Program – Noblis is committed to providing educational assistance to those employees who pursue courses or degrees consistent with the skills required for Noblis’ success. The Noblis Scholars Program is designed to recognize outstanding professional achievement of Noblis employees who are in the process of pursuing a Masters or Doctorate degree.
Dependent Scholarship Program – The Noblis Dependent Scholarship Program is designed to recognize and support academic achievement for dependents of Noblis employees. Three local universities collaborate with Noblis to manage the scholarships on behalf of Noblis.
The George Washington University Virginia Campus Advisory Board – As a member on the Advisory Board, Noblis participates by helping the University develop innovative academic and research capabilities in Northern Virginia.
George Mason University School of Information Technology and Engineering
- NonProfit Management Studies Program Advisory Council – The Council’s purpose is to help identify nonprofit needs, review the program’s curriculum and serve as a bridge between the university’s academic and nonprofit practice worlds.
- Industry Advisory Committee for the System Engineering and Operations Research Department – As a member of the Advisory Committee, Noblis participates by reviewing the quality of the SEOR program and courses, and also provides comments on new initiatives, or suggests new initiatives and programs.

INOVA Foundation – Matthew Cerniglia Fund
Noblis established the Matthew Cerniglia Fund with the INOVA Foundation. Noblis employees contribute annually at the Matthew Cerniglia Run/Walk. The funds raised by the participants, volunteers and generous donors are given to Life with Cancer in Matthew's name. These donations join other money donated by Noblis. This Fund assists children undergoing bone marrow transplants and their families.
Life With Cancer
Noblis is a Loyal Supporter in the Life With Cancer program. The Life With Cancer program provides a wide variety of support services to cancer patients, families, and friends. These services include information and referrals, patient and family education, emotional support, short-term counseling and education and training for professionals.
