Health & Welfare Benefits

Noblis provides a variety of benefits designed to meet your needs. As an employee, we offer you and your family financial protection, help provide financial security in retirement and offer an environment that supports a work/life balance. An important part of Noblis’ commitment to you, as an employee, is reflected in the selection of benefits we provide to you.

Retirement Program

One of the most significant benefits of working at Noblis is the Retirement Program, which offers the option of pre-tax or after-tax contributions and the choice of over 100 investment options with Fidelity Investments. Outstanding features of the Program include 100% immediate vesting of all employee and company matching contributions, flexibility to change contribution rates and investment funds at any time. Noblis provides substantial matching contributions to all participants.

Under the basic plan, you contribute 2% of your salary up to the social security wage base* (SSWB) and Noblis will provide a match of 7.5% of your base salary up to the SSWB. For example, if your annual base salary is $70,000, you would contribute a total of $1,400 pre-tax annually and Noblis would contribute $5,250 pre-tax on your behalf! Additional matching is available under the voluntary plan with Noblis matching one-third of your contributions. Please review the chart below for complete Retirement Program details. *The 2008 SSWB is $102,000.
