  Acquisition Program Management 
  is a flagship service at Noblis from initial strategy development through to post-award monitoring and oversight. The process developed by Noblis has been successfully employed for large-scale procurement programs by a number of our public-sector clients. Government entities expend 40 cents of every discretionary dollar on contracts with private-sector companies, so a proven acquisition strategy is essential to ensure that awarded contracts deliver on their value proposition.
