Water Resources

Water is one of the most essential elements to life on Earth. Water resources are critical to the nation’s economy. Environmental regulations, climate variability, ecosystems restoration needs, and the growing population have made water resource development and management, including flood prevention, even more critical. The federal government and state and local governments are facing numerous issue related to water preservation, use, efficiency, and conservation.

Readily available, high-quality water is at a premium. Changes in future weather patterns as a result of global climate change, along with increases in population are driving water sustainability to critical levels.

Noblis is helping customers to respond to this emerging crisis by indentifying their short-term and longer-term water needs, securing long-term water supplies, reducing demand, improving water distribution and management systems, enhancing water quality and security, and re-evaluating water assets appropriately.

Noblis’ team includes water managers and engineers, industry consultants, academic scholars, and research scientists. Noblis provides services related to:

  • Water Planning and Management
  • Water Supply and Quality
