We understand that not all source selections are long-term projects. AcquTrak requires no lock-in or annual contract commitment. If a source selection runs three months, then you pay for three months of service. Why should the project be straddled with additional costs or unused capacity?

AcquTrak, a web-based virtual support system, provides a secure operational environment that has been certified in accordance with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidelines. AcquTrak® includes:

• Complete tailoring to your acquisition environment and processes
• Full-service application, maintenance, and support for minimum of ten users
• All user software/database licensing costs
• Data stored within a secure evaluation environment including backup and continuity assurance in a high-availability, redundant server setup
• Secure, two-factor authentication access
• 24X7 on-call help desk support

Base Package Monthly Pricing (Commercial Rate)

Pre-Source Selection:  $1,895 per user, 5 user minimum; $995 per user for each additional user (over 5).

Source Selection/Post Award:  $1,895 per user, 10 user minimum; $995 per user for each additional user (over 10).

Archival Functions:  $995 for up to 3 registered users.
