Noblis Authors Published in Chemical Reviews
George Bizzigotti, Ahmed Hafez, Wade Smith, and Mark Whitmire authored a review article appeared in the January 2009 issue of Chemical Reviews. The article is titled "Parameters for Evaluation of the Fate, Transport, and Environmental Impacts of Chemical Agents in Marine Environments."

Andrew Rak, addressed Emerging Contaminant Risks in the guest perspective/editorial of the Risk Policy Report.

Assessing Latent Fingerprint Quality Research Presented by Noblis Biometrics Expert
Austin Hicklin was a distinguished lecturer at the International Association for Identification Conference. His presentation, “Assessing Latent Fingerprint Quality”, was coauthored with JoAnn Busgalia of the FBI Laboratory and was the result of a year of research for the Laboratory. 

Workshop Highlights the Noblis-developed Electronic Supervision Technology Toolkit (ESTToolkit)
Tracy Brown presented the workshop “So You’ve Decided to Implement GPS to Track Offenders…Now What?” at the American Probation and Parole Association Summer Training Institute. This presentation focused on the Electronic Supervision Technology Toolkit (ESTToolkit) developed by Noblis. The ESTToolkit is an application intended to assist community corrections agencies in planning and deploying a GPS program to track offenders.
