We offer innovative regulatory and scientific consulting services to review, design, implement, and monitor both preclinical and clinical studies for the development of drugs, biologics, medical devices, food additives, and macronutrient substitutes. Members of Noblis' world-class, board-certified toxicology team hold either a Ph.D. or an M.D. degree, and average more than 20 years of professional experience. We use our understanding of the mechanisms of toxicity to better evaluate risks and to devise strategies that minimize risk.

For many years, our customers have recognized Noblis scientists as resources who can provide critical analyses and objective evaluations in toxicology. We offer innovative analytical services to review scientific literature and to design and interpret preclinical and clinical studies for product development and stewardship. Members of Noblis’ board-certified toxicology team hold either a Ph.D. or M.D. degree and have an average of greater than 20 years of professional experience. Our overall approach is to capitalize on our understanding of the mechanisms of toxicity to better evaluate risks and to devise strategies to minimize risk.

Noblis’ state-of-the-art toxicology consulting support to our customers spans three decades. Recent customers include commercial clients who face challenging issues that impact the public, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Air Force. Noblis’ invaluable support helps its customers to address both scientific and regulatory issues that are of critical importance to their missions. Examples of our efforts are provided below.

For the Army Biomedical Research and Development Command and others, we have supported the establishment of occupational health and safety standards by evaluating the toxicology of various agents. We understand modes of action and the preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic and protective strategies that are most effective.

Noblis has on its technical staff numerous individuals with extensive experience in the core disciplines related to biological warfare defense and counterproliferation. Many of our staff have distinguished academic backgrounds and have authored work published in the peer-reviewed literature.
