Service Description:
Noblis has expertise in developing knowledge management tools and extensive experience in applying knowledge management techniques, leveraging a broad range of commercial tools in our Knowledge Management (KM) lab. Clients include the medical research community, such as the National Institutes of Health, and the homeland security and intelligence communities. Specific experience ranges from applying KM to grant review systems and for disease coding, to portfolio analysis for situational awareness and data visualization. Noblis also conducts internal research in KM, resulting in tools such as the Personal Knowledge Extraction and Modeling (PKEM), which has been embedded in larger-scaled analysis applications.
