Service Description:
The IT Program Management Team has a strong combination of hands-on and theoretical knowledge of Program Management concepts utilized throughout a projects’ lifecycle. The team consists of certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs) and experienced staff ranging from 15 to 30 + years hands-on program management experience. The IT Program Management team’s areas of expertise include: Training, Communications, Earned Value, Scheduling, Risk Analysis, Budgeting, Acquisition Support, and FBI’s Lifecycle Management Directive.
The Program Management Team is currently supporting the FBI, Bureau of Land Management, and General Services Administration. The Program Management Team is/has supported or is supporting some of the top IT initiatives in the FBI such as the SENTINEL Program, Next Generation Combined DNA Index System (NGCODIS), Delta, ORION, the Investigative Data Warehouse (IDW), and the FBI Automated Messaging System (FAMS). For GSA, the Program Management Team is also supporting the NETWORX Program.
