Noblis has been recognized in the 8th Annual Great Place to Work® Rankings: 2011 Best Small & Medium Workplaces presented by Entrepreneur®. This national list features small and medium companies whose employees overwhelmingly agree with the statement, “All things considered, this is a great place to work.” This is the third year in a row and the sixth time that Noblis has received this designation.
To produce the list of best workplaces, The Great Place to Work® Institute evaluates hundreds of companies in five areas: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. They cite employee trust as the leading factor for great workplaces.
“We are proud that Noblis has been named to the Great Place to Work list again this year,” says Noblis President and CEO Amr ElSawy. “Employee engagement enables us to provide quality professional services to our clients and their missions. This is a top priority for Noblis and we are committed to providing a corporate culture that is rewarding and stimulating for employees. Our consistent appearance on this list shows that our employees value the supportive, collaborative environment that Noblis offers.”
Each company under consideration for this award was required to undergo a rigorous assessment including an employee survey and an audit of the company’s culture. Using a unique methodology, The Great Place to Work® Institute then measured the level of trust that exists between employees and management, the pride employees express about the company, and the camaraderie employees share. The companies with the top rankings were named as best workplaces in one of two categories: small companies with 50 to 250 employees and medium companies with 251 to 999 employees. A total of 50 companies are honored on the list each year.
“The companies featured on this year’s list are truly extraordinary in their practices and achievements,” said Susan Lucas-Conwell, CEO of Great Place to Work. “Their leaders recognize the value of creating great workplaces and the competitive edge it provides them.”
