Noblis is now a sponsor of the Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Army Alliance. Noblis Fellow Jim Zarzycki and Noblis Director Abu Talib received the Noblis sponsorship certificate at the Alliance annual dinner. The dinner also marked the tenth anniversary of the founding of the APG Army Alliance.
For many years, Noblis has been an integral part of the APG community, particularly at the Edgewood Area where we have supported the Chemical Materials Agency (CMA), the Assembled Chemical Weapons Alternatives (ACWA) Activity and the Edgewood Chemical Biological Center (ECBC). Alliance sponsorship is a visible sign of the Noblis Aberdeen Proving Ground presence. An important part of the Center for National Security and Intelligence (CNSI) strategy is to expand the Noblis footprint at APG. This comes at a time of significant increases in mission for APG because of Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC).
The APG Army Alliance is a nonprofit civic organization. Its overarching objective is the well being of programs and organizations at APG. Membership includes a large number of contractor organizations who support the over seventy-five tenants at APG.
