Featured speakers Todd Couts, ICD-10 Implementation Manager for Noblis Health Innovation and Glenn W. Mitchell, Chief Medical Officer, Sisters of Mercy Health System, stressed that now is the time to get your organization ready for a successful ICD-10 transition and discussed how non-compliance with ICD-10 may jeopardize future reimbursement and critical processes.
Dr. Mitchell offered the perspective of a Chief Medical Officer of an integrated healthcare delivery network, while Mr. Couts presented insights of an ICD-10 project manager working with a major national health plan, as they help to raise the awareness of the tasks ahead.
