All of the waste stream that Noblis produces is now recycled or burned at an appropriate facility for renewable energy.
We work in partnership with our disposal vendors and local government so that our document destruction waste is sent to a mill where the waste is turned into recycled paper products such as tissue paper, napkins, and paper towels. In addition, all of our non-recyclable waste is sent to a burn center where the waste is turned into energy. And, all of our recyclable materials are sent to recycling centers.
Our custodial partner provides us with a Green Cleaning Program in order to clean our facility with little or no impact on our environment. Our catering partner has implemented compostable food containers, green plastic ware and biodegradable cutlery. We have new recycle containers in the cafeteria and employees have personal recycling containers to fit on their waste baskets.
Becoming landfill free is an enormous accomplishment for Noblis. We are committed to doing our part to help benefit our environment in terms of reducing our carbon footprint through our recycling efforts and in our building and site office operations.
