The Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) Workforce and Education Committee conducted "2010 Research on Strategy, Leadership and Change," a research project to help them understand the nature of change facing NVTC organizations today and how these changes will impact their workforce needs. They talked to over 70 organizations, including Noblis, via an online survey or in face-to-face and phone interviews.
Three key findings emerged from the study:

Key Finding #3:
Recruiting and retaining top talent is the most critical workforce challenge.
