Noblis’ extensive experience and proven methodology in acquisition support is enhanced by the use of AcquCenter, our dedicated acquisition facility. The AcquCenter facility at Noblis was designed to meet the specialized needs of acquisition teams and offers the following amenities:
- Separate evaluation suites with individual LANs
- Multi-purpose rooms for briefings, demos, meetings, and conferences
- Extensive physical security with access-control mechanisms
- Full use of AcquTrak our automated acquisition support application
- Desktop computers equipped with Microsoft Office®
- Optional firewall-controlled Internet access
AcquCenter is comprised of multiple team suites – each one separate and secure – to support a variety of source selection team activities. Each suite features partitioned workspaces, file storage, and team collaboration areas. Each workspace includes a high-end computer connected to a segregated LAN infrastructure to control access to sensitive data. AcquCenter’s infrastructure, including the acquisition support application, AcquTrak, is fully certified in accordance with FIPS and FISMA security standards.
AcquCenter’s architecture provides secure remote access to the infrastructure and tools at Noblis for supporting geographically-disbursed acquisition teams. Additionally, AcquCenter’s mobile IT infrastructure brings the security of the AcquCenter installation to customer-furnished locations.

WORKING WITH NOBLIS IS SIMPLE
Government agencies can access Noblis through a variety of contracting mechanisms. We have several ID/IQ contracts in place and available to Civilian and DoD agencies; we are also a GSA Schedule holder on the Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) multiple award contract, and work for agencies on contract vehicles that they award directly to Noblis. - Noblis holds GSA MOBIS Schedule number GS-10F-0189T. Contracting with Noblis through our MOBIS GSA Schedule is easy and quick. We offer a variety of integrated services through our GSA Schedule, including Consulting Services, Facilitation Services, Acquisition Management Services and Project Management Services.
- Most of the services traditionally offered by Noblis can be acquired through our MOBIS contract.
- Disaster Recovery Purchasing is also available.
