Winners in the small, midsize, and large business categories are selected by an independent panel of leaders from the government contracting. Dr. Miller was named a top CTO innovator in the midsized company category. He received his award at the NVTC’s 2nd Annual TechCelebration Banquet in McLean, Va. on November 14, 2011. Over 750 technology leaders were in attendance.
