Synthesizing large amounts of information and finding related content can be challenging, whether you are searching for data on your desktop or over the web. But data visualizations can make all of that much easier, exposing concepts and conveying meaning in an interesting, and often more useful manner. Collections combine large groups of similar data items and Pivot makes it easier to interact with data in ways that are powerful, informative, and fun. This technology, designed to visualize large collections of information, can be embedded in any web page in Silverlight 4. Mile Corrigan will provide an overview of Pivot Collections and conduct a demonstration of Pivot using existing CFS data sets.
