Police Chief Magazine article, "Regional Pawn Database Sharing System: A Lesson in Collaboration," featured this CCJT project, which allows local law enforcement agencies to share data across regions in order to solve crimes and recover stolen property. This collaboration between the CCJT, the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (MWCOG), and the Montgomery County PD is a 2006 IACP Excellence in Technology award winner.
