Open Enrollment for Benefits 2009

Monday, 10 November through Friday, 21 November 2008

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review and make changes to your benefit elections with Noblis.. Prepare by reviewing your current benefit elections with “What’s New for 2009”. There are no significant changes to the health plans. Any changes you make during this time period will take effect on 1 January 2009.

To make changes to your benefit plans during Open Enrollment, you must login to Employee Self Service through the KNOW  between Monday, 10 November and midnight EST Friday, 21 November 2008.

Three Benefit Plans That Require New Elections for 2009:

  • Medical Reimbursement Plan (HCAP)
  • Dependent Care Assistance Plan (DCAP)
  • PTO Cashout Plans

Other On-line Enrollment/Changes:

  • Medical/Prescription 
  • Dental 
  • Vision
  • Group Legal
  • Employee Supplemental Life 
  • Employee Supplemental AD&D 
  • Child Dependent Life 
  • Long Term Disability Insurance 
  • Retirement Plan Contributions
