- Supported the upgrading and acquisition of new ground systems to collect and disseminate satellite-generated environmental data. Our support includes: developing system and subsystem requirements, operational concepts, and architecture, evaluating contractor proposals, designs, and test programs, and designing and managing the ground system's functional and operational system testing.
- Supported the initial acquisition and re-competition of government telecommunications services with concept development and analysis; participation in source selection evaluation panels; technical and price specification preparation; RFP preparation; operational capabilities demonstration planning and source selection plan development observation; development of automated evaluation support systems; participation in negotiations; and economic and price analyses (including publicly available price cap agreements)
