Dr. Marqusee is a nationally known expert in environmental science and technology. He brings over 20 years of government leadership in research, technology development, and policy aimed at making the Department of Defense (DoD) a more sustainable, effective organization. His expertise spans areas such as environmental management issues, climate adaptation, sustainable buildings, and energy-related issues for built infrastructure with a focus on innovations to improve DoD’s environmental performance, reduce costs, and enhance mission capabilities.
