Joan Senio

Joan has served as a strategic advisor and program and delivery manager for a large federal healthcare  agency for the last 6 years. She also has 22 years of experience managing a large private-sector healthcare shared service organization. Her breadth and depth of experience covers the spectrum of portfolio management and capital planning through facilities development operations as well as development of strategies, implementation plans, and service- level agreements to stand up shared services organizations. In this capacity, Joan managed a capital program in excess of $2 billion with an operating budget in excess of $500 million, and a staff of over 250 full-time employees and contractors for close to 10 years. She has the ability to apply business discipline and rigor to enhance results, and integrate various perspectives into a cohesive strategy that can be owned and executed effectively by an agency or organization. She is known and highly regarded for her work in helping stakeholders to reach consensus related to complex business decisions and strategies.
