The Right Expertise and an Analytical Approach

We have a great deal of expertise in this area. The American Hospital Association (AHA) distributes our breakthrough research-based publication, Strengthening Physician-Hospital Relationships, which was created in conjunction with the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD).

We use a strong analytical approach to support physician manpower planning, drawing upon our extensive in-depth knowledge of national data sources, such as physician-to-population ratios, use rate based methodologies and other physician demand benchmarks. We develop a customized methodology for the quantitative assessment of physician demand translating and focusing data from local, regional, and national sources into a practical and sustainable plan document. Physician manpower planning also requires qualitative information. We use a variety of methods - including interviews, surveys, and focus groups - to seek physician and stakeholder input.
