Noblis provides specialized, insightful expertise in four key areas:- Capacity and Throughput Analysis. We analyze ways to improve the performance and utilization of existing clinical and support facilities without significant capital investment.
- Second Opinion Consultation. We can provide an objective, third-party evaluation of a proposed master facility plan, functional space program, or schematic architectural design, taking into account your strategic plan, financial capability, and operational dynamics.
- Functional Facility Assessments. We identify ways that the existing physical plant helps or hinders efficient delivery of high-quality clinical services. While these assessments are a standard component of our master facility plans, they can also be conducted separately to identify how existing space is assigned and how well it is used, frequently unveiling opportunities for improvement. We can also merge our facility assessment with an evaluation of building conditions and systems engineering to quantify the resources required to “keep the lights on” for ongoing operations.
