Noblis Acquires the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Enterprise Communications Support Services (ECSS) Business from Exelis

Acquisition accelerates Noblis’ ability to deliver innovation to FAA

FALLS CHURCH, VA.—February 25, 2014—Noblis, Inc., a leading science, technology, and strategy corporation, announced that it has completed an acquisition of the FAA Communications Information & Network Programs (CINP)-related ECSS contract from Exelis Inc. (NYSE: XLS). As a part of this transaction, the Exelis FAA CINP ECSS workforce joined Noblis as employees effective 10 February 2014.

Since 2011, Noblis has been a prime contractor on the FAA’s ECSS contract providing systems engineering, acquisition, and program management services; operations management and support; business and financial management; information systems development; and management studies and analyses.

In addition to supporting the FAA, Noblis is honored to support organizations with critical national responsibility, including the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Social Security Administration, and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
