Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) for Management/Industrial Engineering Support (M/IES) 

Contract Overview

HECSA M/IES is a 5 year, $40 million IDIQ contract vehicle which exists to provide technical services in support of complex engineering analysis, studies, and assessments of existing and potential processes, systems, tools, techniques, personnel plans, and other plans supporting missions and organizations that are related to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies. The contract may be used by USACE, DoD, Defense related customers (for example, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the National Security Agency (NSA)) and other non-DoD Agencies that have a memorandum of understanding type agreement with the Department of the Army or USACE.
